Use the same email address as your order to retrieve your tickets seamlessly.
For security reasons, we send a transfer code 72 hours before the event. It is not sent immediately after purchase. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder).

Yes. We are conducting a presale for 2026 using a secure system with duplicate detection. The QR codes are unique, traceable, and valid for entry.

Tickets for specific dates are neither exchangeable nor refundable (Art. L221-28). In the event of an official cancellation by the organizer, your order will be fully refunded.
